Katie Edkins Milligan is a writer, editor and teacher living and working in Philadelphia. Her work appears or is forthcoming in Meridian, Fiction, The Florida Review, Tahoma Literary Review and North Dakota Quarterly, and she is the 2021 recipient of the Inprint Donald Barthelme Prize in Fiction. She served for three years as Fiction Editor at Gulf Coast and holds an MFA from the University of Houston. She is at work on her first novel.
